  • IAF’s public elections page confirms that members elect volunteer directors and that the Nominating Committee manages the nomination and election process.
  • The Bylaws, Charter, and Code of Ethics provide formal and values-based language for member questions, elections, meetings, and proportionate action.
  • The Member Call framework on this site is a working proposal, clearly separated from the evidence record.

What members still need answered

  • Which formal member pathway is most appropriate for each request: information disclosure, Board dialogue, nomination and voting, a special meeting, or a complaints process.
  • What minimum disclosure would allow members to evaluate governance, certification, and FICS role boundaries without exposing private contributors.
  • What response dates, accountable owners, and follow-up mechanism will prevent member questions from remaining indefinitely open.
